Ongoing plans
A one-time start-up service, then one flat monthly rate. For everyday pests, a plan costs less over time than calling us each time something shows up.
Quarterly Pest Control
- First visit: interior (if you want it) and exterior treatment
- Exterior barrier treatment every quarter after that

Stinging Insects
Wasps, hornets, yellow jackets. We treat entry points and remove nests. Add $99 + tax if the nest is inside a wall, or $99 + tax for nests at second-story height (15–20 ft+). Nests that need a lift are quoted separately.
Targeted Pest
For pests not covered above, like spiders, springtails and more.
Bed Bugs
Includes two treatments. Price depends on how many rooms need treatment. Our prep sheet must be completed before service, and residents must be out during service and for 5 hours after.

Above-Ground Termite Baiting
Bait stations installed right on areas of active termites.
Serviced every other month for a yearBelow-Ground Termite Baiting
Bait stations about every 12 ft around your home's exterior. $700 minimum; most homes run $1,000+.

A liquid treatment applied around your home's foundation to stop termites getting in.

Most prices above are flat. Only a few jobs depend on what we find:
- Bed bugs: how many rooms need treatment
- Targeted pests: which pest it is and the size of the job
- Stinging insects: nests inside walls or up high
- Below-ground termite baiting: the distance around your home
You'll always know the price before any work starts.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every service is guaranteed for 30 days from the day of service. If pests come back in that time, so do we. Liquid termite treatment is guaranteed for one year. Termite baiting is an ongoing monitoring program and isn't covered by the guarantee.
How does billing work for the plans?
You pay a one-time initial service fee, then a flat monthly rate, plus tax. Exterior Plus is billed only while your season is active (March 1 – Sept 30).
Should I get a plan or a one-time treatment?
For everyday pests like ants, spiders and crickets, Quarterly Pest Control is the best value because it keeps a barrier up all year. Bed bugs, fleas, stinging insects and termites are one-time services.
Can I get Exterior Plus without the Quarterly plan?
Yes. Exterior Plus can be purchased on its own or added to Quarterly Pest Control.
Do I need an inspection first?
Usually not. Bed bugs and termites start with an inspection. For most other pests, tell us what you're seeing and we can go straight to treatment.
