Homeowner FAQ
Should I get a plan or a one-time treatment?
For everyday pests like ants, spiders and crickets, Quarterly Pest Control is the best value. It keeps a barrier up all year. Bed bugs, fleas, stinging insects and termites are handled as one-time services.
Do you have to come inside my home?
Only if you want us to. On the Quarterly plan we treat the inside and outside on the first visit, then the outside every quarter after. Just ask and we'll treat inside at any visit.
Is treatment safe for my kids and pets?
We use products registered for residential use and apply them exactly as the label directs. Your technician will tell you if anyone needs to stay off treated areas and for how long. Flea and bed bug treatments require everyone to leave the home for a few hours.
How do I get ready for a bed bug treatment?
After your inspection we'll send our Bed Bug Preparation Sheet. It needs to be finished before we treat so the treatment can reach every hiding spot.
How does billing work for the plans?
You pay a one-time initial service fee, then a flat monthly rate. Quarterly Pest Control is $150 to start, then $39.99/month. Exterior Plus is $39.99 to start, then $39.99/month during the season. Plus tax.
